The process begins with site inspections and CAD drawings to explore multiple design options. Docks are manufactured in a 24,000 square foot facility using CNC equipment and custom jigs. Installation is performed by an experienced crew using a custom-designed pontoon barge and crane.
Residential docks are built to commercial standards, featuring spiral-welded steel floatation pipes and a welded steel sub-frame. All steel surfaces are sandblasted and coated with an advanced epoxy for durability in saltwater. The docks are designed to withstand Canadian winters and require minimal maintenance.
Standard features include rugged steel floatation pipes, pressure-treated decking, and an anchoring system that accommodates changing water levels. The docks are stable and perform well in exposed sites.
Optional upgrades include stainless steel bollards, cedar or MoistureShield® decking, aluminum dock ladders, screw-mounted dock bumpers, and solar LED lighting.
