Connection solutions from Hampidjan 1 Cut away 10cm of the braided jacket from the end of the cable. Glue the top 3cm of the braid and unravel 7cm of the DynIce braid. 3 Cut away the three strands of DynIce. Glue down the DynIce braid and carefully remove the plastic cover of the copper section. 5 Carefully unravel the copper strips and and twist them together into a single strand. Remove the white plastic cover from the conductor core. Slide an approximately 40cm shrink tube onto the cable. Shorten the conductor core so that it fits the connector. Place the connector on the end of the conductor core and crimp it into place.

Fix the black wire of the connector cable to the connector, crimp and heat-shrink the tube into place. 11 Stretch it out and cover with three layers of Scotch 130C tape, and three layers of Scotch Super 88 PVC tape. Connect the copper strands and the white wire with a connector and crimp. 13 Stretch it out and tape both together with three coverings of Scotch 130C tape, extending onto the cable itself each side.
