Drying/Overcoating Information: Drying times vary with temperature, from 12 hours at 10°C to 1.5 hours at 35°C. Pot life ranges from 75 minutes at 10°C to 10 minutes at 35°C. Overcoating times are consistent across various substrates and temperatures.
Application and Use: Surfaces must be clean and dry. For osmosis treatment, prime with Gelshield first. Different primers are recommended based on the substrate material and whether it is above or below water. Application involves spreading the filler slightly above the surrounding area and sanding smooth once hardened.
Important Points: Do not use below 7°C or apply more than 2 cm thickness at once. Product, ambient, and substrate temperatures should be between 7°C and 35°C. The product will not adhere well to undercured GRP laminate.
Transportation, Storage, and Safety Information: Store between 5°C and 35°C, avoiding air exposure and temperature extremes. For disposal, do not discard in water courses and consult authorities for proper disposal methods.

Specific Gravity Volume Solids Converter/Curing Agent Typical Shelf Life Unit Size DRYING/OVERCOATING INFORMATION Drying 10°C (50°F) Perfection Undercoat Yacht Primer Yacht Primer (Professional) The surface must be clean and dry. When treating osmosis, prime with Gelshield first. Otherwise prime as below. BARE GRP: Gelshield 200 or VC Tar 2 for osmosis protection, or Primocon.
