Liquid Rubbing Boatcare Cleaning and polishingLiquid Rubbing is a two component epoxy primer for use as a high build surfacing primer over fairing compounds PRODUCT DESCRIPTION A liquid polishing product that restores the former shine on gelcoat and painted surfaces. Does not contain wax or silicone. For both manual and machine polishing (8001000 rpm). * Easy to use * Removes light scratches and oxidation * Also suitable for use on caravans or garden furniture PRODUCT INFORMATION Colour Specific Gravity Volume Solids Typical Shelf Life Unit Size DRYING/OVERCOATING INFORMATION Drying Clean with Super Cleaner. Rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Apply Liquid Rubbing with a clean, dry cloth. Polish with circular movements. Machine polishing (8001000 rpm) is the most effective method. Polish the surface further with a dry, clean cloth. Protect the surface with Marine Polish, Marine Wax or UV Wax Sealer. Mixing Shake well before use. Some Important Points Avoid working in direct sunlight. Product temperature should be minimum 5°C/41°F and maximum 35°C/95°F. Ambient temperature should be minimum 5°C/41°F and maximum 35°C/95°F. Substrate temperature should be minimum 5°C/41°F and maximum 35°C/95°F. Suitable for use on GRP and painted surfaces. TRANSPORTATION, STORAGE AND SAFETY INFORMATION Storage GENERAL INFORMATION: Exposure to air and extremes of temperature should be avoided. For the full shelf life of Liquid Rubbing to be realised ensure that between use the container is firmly closed and the temperature is between 5°C/41°F and 35°C/95°F. Keep out of direct sunlight. TRANSPORTATION: Liquid Rubbing should be kept in securely closed containers during transport and storage. GENERAL: Read the label safety section for Health and Safety Information, also available from our Technical Help Line. DISPOSAL: Do not discard tins or pour paint into water courses, use the facilities provided. It is best to allow paints to harden before disposal. Remainders of Liquid Rubbing cannot be disposed of through the municipal waste route or dumped without permit. Disposal of remainders must be arranged for in consultation with the authorities.
