Intershield 803Plus Abrasion Resistant Epoxy PRODUCT DESCRIPTION An ultra high performance pure epoxy cargo hold coating with excellent mechanical properties, which will provide superior impact and abrasion resistance. INTENDED USES As an ultra high performance two pack abrasion resistant pure epoxy coating, providing excellent protection from impact shooting damage caused by high speed loading mechanisms. Will limit mechanical damage and subsequent corrosion from all other forms of abrasion. For use as a cargo hold coating at Maintenance and Repair only. Intershield 803Plus Abrasion Resistant Epoxy APPLICATION Mixing Material is supplied in 2 containers as a unit. Always mix a complete unit in the proportions supplied. (1) Agitate Part A with a power agitator, (2) Combine entire contents of Part A and B and mix thoroughly with a power agitator. Not recommended. Use International GTA220 only in exceptional circumstances. DO NOT thin more than allowed by local environmental legislation. Intershield 803Plus Abrasion Resistant Epoxy LIMITATIONS UNIT SIZE The coating will exhibit surface discoloration if immersed in seawater after application and curing at temperatures <50°F. This does not effect the performance characteristics of the product. Intershield 803Plus will cure down to 23°F but will require a period of cure above 41°F to achieve full mechanical properties.
