Instromet Weather Systems Ltd Barometer PCB installation instructions Part no: 480 1000 036/02 The Instromet Electronic Barometer is intended as an optional extra for use with the Climatica/EWS datalogger and MetPlus systems. Without the barometer pcb the above mentioned systems will not be able to display or record barometric pressure via a PC interface. The PCB kit contains the below: A: 2 x M3 shakeproof screws B: 2 x M3 spacers C: 2 x M3 shakeproof washers D: 2 x M3 halfnuts E: 1 x Barometer PCB The barometer PCB mounts to the “solder” side of the sensor PCB via the two mounting holes. Firstly attach the two M3 spacers using the half nuts and shakeproof washers. Once these are in place proceed to attach the PCB using the two screws and then plug in the connection cable to the barometer terminal on the other side of the sensor PCB via the three way connector. Once attached and powered up the Datalogger will automatically start to log the received barometric pressure.
