Construction
The door features a 25 mm thick steel door blade and a non-visible door frame, making it appear as a regular wall panel. It is designed for installation in walls of 25 mm and 50 mm thickness. A stainless steel piano hinge ensures a rigid construction.

Door Lock
The standard lock is a 3-point espagnolette lock, operable with an 8mm square hole spanner.

Colours
The door has a decorative surface of PVC foil or TNF MAGIC, available in the same color range as TNF 2S wall panels.

Installation Procedure
For 50 mm wall thickness:
  1. Insert fixture profiles A into wall panel grooves.
  2. Install the door as a regular panel into top and bottom profiles.
  3. Place fixture profiles B and pop rivet every 300 mm to the doorframe and adjacent panels.
For 25 mm wall thickness:
  1. Install the door as a standard wall panel.
  2. Install the next wall panel.
  3. Place fixture profiles C and pop rivet every 300 mm to the doorframe and adjacent panels.

TNF HB6 Inspection Door Installation The TNF HB6 inspection door is inserted as a standard panel of 550 mm or 400 mm width in a lining wall. Installation of the door can take place together with the wall panels or it can be done later. 50 mm wall thickness The TNF wall panels are installed as preplanned, but with a 550 mm or 400 mm opening for the door.
