Naval Surface Ships CCTV Interface to Ship Entertainment System Video Switching & Control Recording & Archiving In-Service Navy Proven Wire Rope Isolator Shock Mounts Fully Qualified to US Mil Spec The 0457-6008 Master Control Unit (MCU) 19” rack is found at the heart of the Imenco Amphibious Low Light Surveillance System (ALLSS) and is typically located at a central signal marshalling and distribution point aboard the ship. The MCU rack has been fully qualified to meet the stringent US Navy requirements of MIL-STD-901D “Hammer” shock test, MIL-STD-167-1A shipboard vibration, as well as MIL-STD-416E EMI for surface ships. The MCU consists of a 64 input x 16 output video switcher and telemetry controller with 2 additional quad cards providing real-time quad camera images. An advanced 16 channel Digital Video Recorder (DVR) with 4TB internal storage on removable hard disk caddies is included. This unit will allow archiving of video to various media (DVD, USB) and additionally has a Local Area Network (LAN) interface. A local rack mounted LCD monitor and front serial port panel are also included to assist in the configuration, diagnostics and maintenance of the system. The video distribution amplifier unit provides up to 32 buffered composite video outputs for distribution to the ship’s entertainment system.
