It is an innovative retractable fairlead with hydraulic control, operated remotely or via push-button panel. The key feature of this fairlead is the ability to temporarily hold the mooring line - handsfree, foot-free, and effort-free - so you can safely transfer it to the bollard with total peace of mind. It provides real support during mooring maneuvers. It is protected by an international patent. A true game-changer during mooring operations, BUTLER is especially useful on larger sailing or motor yachts, where heavy-duty lines and high loads require extra help from winches or windlasses. Once moored, the hydraulic piston locks the line securely in place, making it quick and safe to shift it from winch to bollard without any strain. After the line is secured, BUTLER releases its grip and resumes its role as a traditional fairlead. Caratteristica principale, del passacavo BUTLER, è la possibilità di bloccare temporaneamente la cima d’ormeggio, senza usare mani o piedi e senza sforzi, per poi assicurare la cima d’ormeggio sulla bitta, in assoluta sicurezza. È un valido aiuto nelle operazioni d’ormeggio. È un dispositivo coperto da brevetto internazionale. È molto utile nelle imbarcazioni di una certa dimensione, sia a vela che a motore, dove le cime sono grandi, i carichi sono importanti e nelle operazioni di ormeggio è necessario aiutarsi con un vericello o il barbotin del salpancora.
