A new unit from Hydrosta, the Basic Line Powerpack, is designed for simplicity and versatility. It features a 70-liter aluminum reservoir with an aluminum valve block that accommodates up to four NG6 (CETOP3) valves, with one function included as standard. The system includes a main relief valve, a return line filter, and a load-sensing pressure regulator. The valve block is rated for 250 bar and includes a filler cap, sight level glass, drain plug, oil catch edge, and vibration dampers.
The system can be expanded with three additional NG6 valve functions, a second pump option, and an optional cooling circuit for water cooling. The valve block is equipped for drain connections for each section and an extra pump drain. Additional features include a manometer, pressure switch, level switch/temperature switch, and a steering valve block with an NG6 valve for direct combination on the valve block.
The integrated return filter is standard with all standpipes, ready for expansions. If a cooler is used, it can be connected to the valve block for a stabilizer function. The dimensions of the unit are as follows: A - 508 mm, B - 648 mm, C - 626 mm, D - 550 mm. A space of 300 mm should be reserved above the lid for the return filter replacement, requiring a total height of 850 mm at the filter.
