The HLK-11060 series hydraulic cylinders are designed for subsea applications, including ROVs, manipulators, and hydraulic tools. They are cost-effective and made from corrosion-resistant materials, featuring a standard stroke length of 65mm and a compact, lightweight design with a 25mm bore.
- General: Double acting cylinder made from 316 stainless steel and 6082 aluminium, with a hard anodised finish. It has M8x1 ports, a piston diameter of 25mm, and a rod diameter of 15.87mm. The area ratio is 1.69, and it weighs 0.42kg in air and 0.28kg in water.
- Hydraulic Performance: Maximum working pressure is 207bar (3000psi), with a flow range of 0.5lpm to 6lpm. Compatible with mineral and synthetic fluids, it operates best with a viscosity of 16cSt to 220cSt and a temperature range of 5-60°C. Cleanliness requirements are ISO 4406:19/17/14.
- Forces: Extend force is 10.2kN at 207bar, and retract force is 6.0kN at the same pressure.
- Environmental: Operational depth is up to 6000msw, with an operating temperature range of 5-60°C and storage temperature range of 0-70°C. It can handle 0% to 100% humidity.
