The Voyager range of sails is designed for offshore cruising, offering two types of genoas: a cross-cut sail made from high-quality, densely woven Dacron, and a tri-radial sail cut from polyester cruising laminate. The Dacron sail is noted for its durability and ease of maintenance, while the laminate sail maintains its shape better in strong winds, providing superior performance.

Voyager Cruise Specifications:

Features include 2 camber stripes, staggered tell tales, and 3 furling marks along the foot at 10% intervals.
Aluminum leech line cleats with backup eyes and stainless pressed clew ring with webbing strainers are included.
Webbing tack and head loops with internal leather reinforcement, low stretch Spectra leech line with alloy cleat and backup eyelets, and a foot line are standard.
Seams are reinforced with 3-step zig-zag stitching, and UV protection strips are applied on the leech and foot.
An optional foam luff insert is available to reduce fullness when reefed.
A sail bag is provided for storage.

Sailcloth Choices:

For boats under 35’ overall length: Challenge High Modulus or Dimension AP, which are tightly woven, low stretch Dacron.
For boats over 35’ overall length: Challenge Marblehead, the most densely woven Dacron available.
Cruise laminate: A durable laminate made of high modulus polyester yarn and two layers of taffeta sandwiched between two layers of polyester film.

Additional Features:

Clew: Features a stainless pressed ring with webbing strainer and alloy leech line cleat with backup eyelets.
Tack: Includes a radial patch, leather-reinforced webbing attachment loop, and UV protection strip in white.
Head: Equipped with a webbing loop, internally reinforced with leather to withstand wear from the halyard.
