The company has been primarily involved in manufacturing advertising and promotional products, such as tents, arches and balloons. We offer wide range of inflatable marine products: - platforms - flat fenders - round fenders - boat tubes The double wall fabric (DWF) we use are: - CSM (hypalon) -PVC height of 10, 20,33 and 40 cm which we can design in to any dimension and allow pressure up to 1 bar. Manufacture takes place according to precisely defined standards. Through continuous testing, we are able to control the quality of every item. Air Track mattresses are manufactured in series production in different dimensions; they can also be produced to contain your brand identity (OEM). We use double-walled PVC manufactured by the Heytex GmbH H E Ytex V' & BondCote I technical textiles

Our rescue equipment is manufactured using a special hi-tech double-walled material; this allows the structure, which is inflated with air or pressure, to be lighter than carbon structures of the same volume. Rescue platforms, rafts and stretchers can be inflated quickly using an electric pump or cylinder, and have a load capacity of between 100 and 300 kg/m2. In the case of a multi-layered construction, the load capacity can be even greater.

12 years experience in inflatables brought us know-how to make the best quality products in any shape, size and color. Incredibly light but strong polyester (330 gr/mz) is used for the structure. The print is then secured using a transparent varnish which gives the product additional UV protection and anti-scratch protection. Polyester folds more easily than tarpaulin and does not crack in winter weather. We are therefore able to offer a 5-year general warranty.
