21.5m Multi-Purpose Vessel Holyhead Marine Propulsion The MPV 21.5 is a Multi-purpose vessel designed to meet the varied and demanding requirements encountered when supporting civil engineering and dredging operations. This specification details the MPV 21.5 recently built to Bureau Veritas class I 3/3 (E) “Pontoon Coastal Waters” for Holyhead Towing Co., since when it has been in great demand and has been employed almost continually. The vessel is capable of carrying out a number of tasks such as towing, pushing, plough dredging and bed levelling, transporting equipment, transferring fuel and fresh water.
