Technical Specifications

HiTape® is made from carbon tows with thermoplastic veils on each side, offering high permeability and formability.
Available in various areal weights and widths, with standard areal weights up to 500 gsm.
Prepreg-like mechanical performance with 60% fiber volume content and very low void content.

Manufacturing Process

HiTape® supports out-of-autoclave processes, including infusion and injection, reducing assembly time and eliminating the need for nitrogen.
Suitable for complex structures with integrated design and standard Non-Destructive Inspection (NDI) equipment.

Applications

Used in the aerospace industry, demonstrated in collaboration with Aerolia SAS (Stelia Aerospace) for an aircraft fuselage panel.
