HexPly® Prepregs The HexPly® M9.6 prepreg offers exceptional mechanical properties (high tensile and compressive strength with an ILSS > 70MPa) and outstanding fatigue performance. A final cured part Tg of 115120°C provides good hot creep resistance and retention of mechanical performance. The primary benefit versus steel leaf springs is a massive (~70%) weight reduction in component weight as well as a lower unsprung mass.
