Application Details: The varnish can be applied using a brush or paint pad, with a maximum of 20% HEMPEL'S THINNER 811. The recommended dry film thickness is 30 microns, and the wet film thickness is 60 microns. The minimum overcoat interval is 8 hours at 20°C, and the maximum is 2 days.
Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, oil-free, and dry. Sand with dry abrasive paper and remove dust with fresh water. The wood's moisture content should not exceed 16%.
Application Conditions: Avoid direct sunlight and ensure adequate ventilation in confined spaces. The surface temperature must be above the dew point to prevent condensation.
Preceding and Subsequent Coats: For new wood, use HEMPEL'S WOOD IMPREG 02362, and for plywood, use HEMPEL'S SEALER 05991. No subsequent coat is required.
Remarks: The product can be sprayable. Contact HEMPEL for more information. Ammonia water may discolor certain woods. Adjust film thickness and thinning based on application conditions.
Storage and Handling: Store between 5°C and 35°C, avoiding direct sunlight and temperature variances. Stir well before use.

Clean the surface and remove possible oil and grease with a suitable detergent and sand with dry abrasive paper. Carefully remove dust with fresh water. New wood: Sand and remove all dust.
