Surface Preparation
Ensure cleanliness by removing salts and contaminants. For new builds, prime with Hempel's Light Primer and apply a tiecoat. For maintenance, clean and prepare the surface as needed.

Application
Thinner: Hempel's Thinner 08080
Application Method: Brush/Roller or Paint pad with minimal thinning.
Film Thickness: Recommended dry film thickness is 40 micron [1.6 mils].
Application Conditions: Apply on a clean, dry surface with temperature above dew point and relative humidity below 85%.

Drying and Overcoating
Drying Time: Varies with temperature; touch dry in 9-30 minutes, surface dry in 2-8 hours.
Overcoating: No maximum interval, but clean surface before applying next coat.

Storage
Shelf Life: 60 months at 25°C [77°F] in original, unopened containers.
Storage Conditions: Store at minimum 5°C [41°F], away from sunlight and moisture.
