The Heesen 50 metre steel displacement yacht is a combination of space, performance and Heesen Dutch quality. A precisely calculated hull and twin MTU engines give a top speed of 14,5 knots and a range of 3.200 nautical miles. In addition, this yacht is remarkably ecient. The specially-designed bulbous bow creates an anti-wave for a smoother path through the water. This results in a reduction in the power required to reach a top speed of over 14 knots.
