- Structural Hull Warranty: Ten-year warranty for structural defects in the fiberglass hull.
- Gel Coat Warranty: Five-year warranty for osmosis blistering below the waterline.
- Parts Warranty: Two-year warranty on specific parts not covered by other warranties.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover alterations, misuse, commercial use, or non-Hatteras manufactured components.

The warranty does not cover repairs by unauthorized service providers unless pre-approved by Hatteras, items exceeding coverage limits, or defects requiring yacht redesign unless under recall provisions.
Contact an authorized Hatteras dealership within the warranty period. Warranty work is performed at authorized facilities, and transportation costs to and from the repair facility are the owner's responsibility. Steps include scheduling an appointment with the selling dealer, obtaining pre-authorization for repairs, and handling non-Hatteras manufactured components through their respective warranties.
Notify Hatteras if a yacht is at a dealership for over 15 days or if a defect persists after one repair attempt. Provide Hatteras the opportunity to repair or replace under warranty terms. Direct any warranty-related communication to Hatteras Yachts' Service Director.
Hatteras reserves the right to change prices, materials, specifications, and equipment without notice. Custom changes incur additional charges. Specifications and equipment details are based on estimates and may vary.
The generator's load must be limited to its output rating. Optional items must be ordered before production starts to avoid additional charges.

Hatteras Express Limited Warranty Hatteras Yachts warrants to the first retail owner of its 2012/13 model year yacht ("Hatteras Yacht") that it will repair or replace defects in material or workmanship that are reported within the applicable warranty periods, subject to the remedies, exclusions, and limitations set forth below.
