Application: Apply a 40-micron layer of PR20 primer. Allow 6 to 20 hours drying before applying an epoxy undercoat or 6 to 12 hours before applying antifouling on polyester. Application can be done using a brush, roller, or spray gun, with a 5% dilution for brush and roller, and 5 to 10% for spray gun.

Usage Conditions: The temperature range for application is 10 to 30°C, with relative humidity below 80%. Ensure the surface temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation.

Drying and Curing: Dust-free in 30 minutes, touch dry in 4 hours, and full polymerisation in 10 days at ambient temperature. Over-coating times vary based on the type of paint applied.

Polymerised Primer Characteristics: Offers excellent water resistance and adhesion.

Packing and Storage: Available in 750 cc, 2.5 litres, and 14 litres packaging. Store in a dry place for up to 12 months in original packaging.
