DATA SHEET NO ACCELERATED POLYESTER RESIN This resin is a resin polyester orthophtalic, very reactive and with fast hardening, having good mechanical properties. It is a standard resin of general use, it allows the realization of laminates high mechanical performances. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POLYMERIZED, NOT REINFORCED RESIN Catalyse: Resin + 1.5 to 2% of PMEC + 0.3 to 0.4% of accelerator to cobalt 3 APPLICATION The polyester resin can be used for moulding, spraying or impregnation. Add 1.5% of PMEC to the resin, mix carefully to achieve an even mixture. Apply the resin to the fabric to be impregnated. The resin impregnates glass fabrics very rapidly. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE Keep out of reach of children. To carry at the time of handling of the gloves, glasses, a breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Do not smoke when using. Work in a well ventilated area.
