DATA SHEET SINGLE COMPONENT POLYURETHANE FOAM APPLICATION Clean, dust and de-grease the surface. Adhesion, curing and the cellular structure of the foam are improved if the surface is dampened. Shake the container vigorously before use (at least 20 times); Screw the push-applicator onto the spray. Hold the can upside down when spraying the MONOMOUSS. Press the applicator gently in order to control its application and its spraying rate. Fill no more than a third (half at the very most) of the cavity to be filled. When it expands, the foam will fill twice the original volume. The degree of this expansion depends on the humidity in the air. You must always provide the means for the foam to escape if you have applied too much. If you have not emptied the spray can in one go, clean the push-applicator carefully with ethyl acetate. In the case of spills or overflows, clean at once with an acetone type solvent. To clean off any cured foam, mechanical means should be employed. Never try to burn it off. PRECAUTIONS FOR USE Container under pressure. Must be protected from direct sunlight. Do not expose to temperature over 50°C.Do not puncture the can, or burn it after use. Do not spray toward a flame or a incandescent body. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from source of ignition. Do not smoke. Ventilate well after use.
