200-Series Centrifugal Booster PumpsInstallation, Operation, and Maintenance_ The Concept: GRoco 200-Series booster Pumps are high capacity (up to 17 GPM) long-life pumps designed for use in hot or cold water circulating systems. Installation: install your 200 series pump in any position, horizontal or vertical. 200 series pumps are not self-priming, so installation must be in a location that assures that the pump will have a flooded inlet at all times. Fasten the pump securely to the selected mount surface with four (4) screws through the grommets on the pump base plate. Electrical Connection: Proper wire size selection is essential for proper pump performance and motor life. consult GRoco Pumps Service department for assistance. connect the orange wire to dc (+) and the black wire to Dc (-) power. Protect the pump with a dedicated 10-amp circuit breaker. Maintenance: Periodically inspect the pump for signs of leakage. if leakage is detected install service kit #P-2.
