Technical Data Sheet – JustTeak™ System Description Enhance and protect your valuable teak with the JustTeak™ system, a complete solution that will rejuvenate and protect your teak decking and furniture. Part 1 and 2 of the JustTeak System, Teak Cleaner and Brightener will thoroughly clean and restore the natural look of your teak in 2 easy steps. Its marine grade formulation has been designed to transform your weathered teak back to brand new by quickly, safely and easily by removing dirt and deposits without the need for sanding or harsh scrubbing. JustTeak Teak Sealer is a marine grade, penetrating teak oil that provides superior, long-lasting performance compared to traditional teak oil. With its advanced formulation it provides protection against sun, rain, staining, mould and mildew, while giving a beautiful, natural long-lasting finish. Store above 5°C (41°F). Ensure areas applied are immediately rinsed down with water to remove the Cleaner and Brightener. The touch dry and recoat time will be considerably shortened if the deck being coated is exposed to wind and/or direct sunlight. # The JustTeak™ Cleaner and Brightener meets the 2018 Guidelines within Annex V of MARPOL (International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships): Cleaning agents and additives in deck and external surfaces wash water. Method Statement – JustTeak™ System Application of the Part 1 Teak Cleaner & Part 2 Teak Brightener Preparation Protect surfaces being cleaned that could be damaged, such as polished metal, especially aluminium. Ensure easy access to a water supply. Application Part 1 Teak Cleaner 1. 2. 3. 4. Hose down entire area with water. Ensure the teak does not dry during the cleaning process. Applying the Teak Cleaner with a soft polypropylene cleaning pad, gently scrub the product across the grain of the teak. The teak will turn dark brown and the cleaning pad will fill with dirt.
