THE YARD IL CANTIERE Since 1973, when it was founded, Cantiere del Pardo has produced more than 3.900 boats. It occupies a covered 40.000 square meters surface and is split into three macro-departments: millwork, using cutting-edge technologies and processes; carpentry, based on tradition and the manual skills of its work force; and assembly, where everything is put together carefully up to final testing in the large test tank. BULKHEADS AND STRUCTURE PARATIE E STRUTTURE All the bulkheads on board are laminated to the hull and bonded to the ceiling pockets. In some models the main bulkhead is made in composite material. Tutte le paratie a bordo vengono fascettate allo scafo e incollate alle tasche del cielino. In alcuni modelli la paratia principale è realizzata in materiale composito.

THE PERFECT MARRIAGE IL MATRIMONIO PERFETTO The deck is superimposed on the hull and glued with structural adhesive internally and then laminated. La coperta viene sovrapposta allo scafo, incollata con adesivo strutturale e interamente fascettata allo scafo. TEAK DECK COPERTA IN TEAK High quality 9mm teak wood using vacuum bagging methods to apply the teak decks to eliminate screws and plugs. Le coperte sono rivestite in pregiate doghe di teak da 9 mm incollate sottovuoto per eliminare l’uso di viti e tasselli.

WATER TANK TEST COLLAUDO IN VASCA All parts such as engine and thrusters are tested in the water tank to ensure functionality and that the boat is watertight using high pressure water jets. Il processo si conclude con la fase dei severi collaudi in vasca, con test di funzionalità dei propulsori, del motore e delle prese a mare. La verifica della tenuta stagna avviene tramite getti d’acqua ad alta pressione.
