Key Sections:
  • Tank Data Management: Solutions for complex monitoring duties, especially in industrial applications, are emphasized.
  • Oil Firing Installations: New fittings suitable for biogenous components are introduced.
  • LPG Installations: The product range is expanded with electronic monitoring appliances for autogas tank installations.
Product Categories:
  • Double Stage Tank Regulators: Designed to maintain constant tank pressure, available in various safety levels, suitable for installations with short pipelines.
  • 2-Stage Regulator Plants: Comprising two pressure regulators, these systems maintain constant pressure over long pipelines and come in different safety levels.
  • Regulators for Industrial Applications: Tailored for specific industrial needs, handling specific inlet and outlet pressures and high flow rates.
Safety Features: Various safety devices and levels are detailed, allowing users to select appropriate safety standards. Detailed descriptions are provided on pages 65 and 66-70.
Technical Specifications: Each product section includes technical data such as inlet pressure ranges, safety approvals, and configurations for different markets (e.g., Russia, Poland).
Additional Information: The catalog includes a comprehensive table of contents, an article list sorted by part number, and an index for easy navigation. It notes that information is subject to change and previous brochures are obsolete upon this catalog's release.
Detailed Product Descriptions:
  • Double Stage Tank Regulators: Include a first stage regulator, a low pressure regulator, and safety features like an overpressure shut-off valve (OPSO) and a pressure relief valve (PRV).
  • First Stage Regulators: Available in adjustable and fixed outlet pressure versions, featuring stainless steel components and emergency supply connectors.
  • Medium Pressure Regulators: Designed for installation in LPG plants before the house lead-in, with a capacity of 100 kg/h.
  • Low Pressure Regulators: Used before the building lead-in, including safety features like a pressure relief valve.
  • Insulators: Used for electrical isolation of pipelines, DIN-DVGW-tested.
  • Moisture Separators and Gas Filters: Protect regulators from icing and pollutants, made of brass and stainless steel.
  • Regulator Heating: The ES2000 type prevents icing using PTC resistors, EC type approved according to ATEX standards.
  • Deaeration and Ventilation Sets: Prevent water ingress into regulators in underground LPG tanks.
  • Pressure Relief Valves and Safety Shut-off Valves: Ensure safety by preventing overpressure in pipelines, DIN-DVGW-tested.
  • Diaphragm Gas Meters: Used in low pressure LPG and natural gas plants, calibrated and can be equipped with a reed contact for remote transmission.
Testing and Safety Guidelines:
  • Testing Procedures: Tests can be conducted using air or LPG, with specific procedures for each. Monitoring of flow and closing pressure for pressure regulators is essential.
  • Safety Levels: Four safety levels are described, ranging from no safety device to a combination of PRV and OPSO.
  • Safety Devices: OPSO and PRV protect against high pressure, excess flow devices prevent uncontrolled gas escape, and thermal cut-out devices stop gas flow in high-temperature scenarios.
  • Connectors and Accessories: A comprehensive list of connectors is provided, categorized by country and application.
  • Certifications: Test certificates are available according to DIN EN 10204 standards, ensuring compliance with European regulations.

Double stage tank regulator The double stage tank regulator is an uncomplicated and inexpensive solution for installing a regulator system. By combining a medium and low pressure regulator directly on the gas withdrawal valve in the tank, the tank pressure is kept constant on the operating pressure on the gas consumer device. The double stage tank regulator can always be used if the pipeline between the tank and the consumer is not too long. The double stage tank regulators are supplied in various safety levels. That makes it possible to always choose the ideal combination of cost effectiveness...

The 2-stage regulator plant comprises two pressure regulators that are installed in the pipeline separate from each other. The tank pressure is kept constant at an average pressure of 0.7–4.0 bar by using a 1st stage regulator. That means pressure losses in long pipelines do not make a big difference. The second pressure regulator is designed as a low pressure regulator and constantly regulates the operating pressure of the consumer device. The low pressure regulator is installed near the consumer device, outside or inside the building. The 2-stage regulator plants are supplied in various safety...
