Small, adjustable downlight with a big attitude Description DL40 is the ideal choice when you want to use the lighting to create a warm and luxurious atmosphere. The low profile and compact design also simplify installation and reduces the need for ceiling void space. When aesthetics matter DL40 has a light but robust aluminium housing, which is available in three different finishes: white, chrome and gold. The ability to produce decorative illumination combined with the neat and elegant design, makes DL40 ideal for applications such as public areas, cabins and passenger areas on cruise ships. Nightlight DL40 is also fully dimmable and can be supplied with a nightlight option. Nightlighting is ideal for cabins and other areas where there is a need for distinct, direct lighting that helps you find your way around at night without disturbing the surroundings more than necessary. Creating a luxurious atmosphere Nothing does more for the ambience in a room than perfect lighting. By using the optional dim2warm functionality, DL40 will provide relaxed, pleasant lighting with a warm, candle light effect. Dim2warm is typically used to set the evening tone or to create a laid-back dining atmosphere. To further perfect the lighting design, you can choose adjustable versions of the downlight.
