Application Area
GISATEX® Sensual Touch PVC soft coating with fine leather grain is highly suitable for bonding or covering ceiling or wall surfaces exposed to moisture or humidity. It offers optimal protection against dirt due to its special surface treatment. It is also ideal for covering instrument panels or stairways due to its soft, shock-absorbing, and washable surface. The material is lightfast and UV-resistant.
Material Properties
The closed-cell, 4 mm thick PVC material is particularly suitable for processing on strong curves and bulges due to its flexibility and stretchability. It is waterproof, shock-absorbing, insulating, and concealing.
Processing
GISATEX® Sensual Touch soft coating is initially roughly cut to the required size. The material is bonded on one side with dispersion adhesive type 1805 (the adhesive is applied to the surface to be bonded, not on the material!). Precise corrective cutting is done only after the adhesive has completely dried.

GISATEX® Sensual Touch PVC Softkaschierung mit feiner Ledernarbung in strapazierfähiger und pflegeleichter PVC-Qualität mit klassischer Ledernarbung ist für eine Verklebung oder Bespannung von Decken- oder Wandflächen, die Nässe oder Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt sind, hervorragend geeignet. GISATEX® Sensual Touch bietet durch die spezielle Oberflächenausrüstung einen optimalen Schutz gegen Verschmutzung. Für eine Verkleidung von Instrumententafeln oder an Niedergängen eignet sich GISATEX® Sensual Touch Softkaschierung durch ihre weiche, Stoß hemmende und abwaschbare Oberfläche bestens. Lichtecht und UV-beständig. SENSUAL TOUCH Materialeigenschaften Das geschlossenzellige, 4 mm starke PVC Material kann durch seine Flexibilität und Dehnfähigkeit besonders gut bei starken Rundungen und Wölbungen verarbeitet werden. Es ist wasserfest und Stoß absorbierend, es wirkt isolierend und kaschierend. Verarbeitung GISATEX® Sensual Touch Softkaschierung wird zunächst grob auf den Bedarf zugeschnitten. Das Material wird einseitig mit Dispersionsklebstoff Typ 1805 verklebt (der Kleberauftrag erfolgt auf der zu beklebenden Fläche, nicht auf dem Material!). Exakter Korrekturschnitt erfolgt erst nach kompletter Austrocknung des Klebstoffs.
