Application Area
GISATEX® Amaree Sport is an elegant, durable, and perforated wall covering designed for the interior of ships. Its soft, breathable microfiber surface makes it particularly suitable for use in sleeping cabins or salons.
Material Properties
The product is available with a lamination that includes special thermal fleece and charmeuse (artificial silk) covering. This lamination and breathable surface effectively prevent the formation of condensation and enhance thermal insulation. The charmeuse cover prevents adhesive penetration into the surface material and, together with the thermal fleece, provides excellent thermal, cold, and sound insulation.
Processing
GISATEX® Amaree Sport is roughly cut to size for wall covering applications. The prepared wall or ceiling is coated with GISATEX® dispersion adhesive Type 1805. (Please refer to the processing instructions for "Wall and Ceiling Covering" and adhesive Type 1805). The fabric strips can then be laid directly into the adhesive bed and smoothed out.

GISATEX® Amaree Sport ist eine elegante, widerstandsfähige und perforierte Wandverkleidung für den Innenbereich Ihres Schiffes. Durch die angenehm weiche, atmungsaktive perforierte Microfaser-Oberfläche eignet sich Amaree Sport besonders für den Einsatz im Bereich der Schlafkajüten oder des Salons. GISATEX® Amaree Sport ist mit einer Kaschierung inkl. spezial Thermovlies und Charmeuse (Kunstseide) Abdeckung lieferbar. Durch die Kaschierung und die atmungsaktive Oberfläche wird einerseits die Entstehung von Schwitzwasser (bedingt durch Kondensation) wirkungsvoll unterbunden und andererseits die Wärmeisolation verstärkt. Die Abdeckung mit Sperrcharmeuse verhindert das Eindringen von Klebstoff in das Obermaterial und bildet mit dem Thermovlies eine ideale Wärme-, Kälte- und Schallisolation. AMAREE SPORT GISATEX® Amaree Sport wird im Bereich der Wandverkleidung zunächst grob auf den Bedarf zugeschnitten. Die vorbereitete Bordwand oder Decke wird mit GISATEX® Dispersionskleber Typ1805 einseitig eingestrichen. (Bitte Datenblätter Verarbeitungsanleitung „Wand- und Deckenverkleidung“ und Klebstoff Typ 1805 beachten). Danach können die Stoffbahnen direkt ins Klebstoffbett eingelegt und geglättet werden.
