GISA TEX Dryweave®10 is a mattress underlay designed to effectively prevent moisture accumulation under cushions. Its 3-dimensional spacer fabric is placed between the mattress and the mattress base, preventing mold, fungus, and unpleasant odors, thereby promoting a healthy and comfortable sleep environment.
Material Properties:
The product is constructed from a unique Multi Polyester 3-dimensional mesh structure with a textured surface for maximum protection of mattresses and cushions. This mesh is composed of thin polyester fibers held together by a strong polyester monofilament. The fine mesh structure facilitates the removal of heat and moisture from the mattress and cushions. The mesh itself does not absorb moisture but channels it away through air-conducting gaps, preventing moisture absorption on the underside of mattresses and cushions. GISA TEX Dryweave®10 exhibits high vertical stability (500 kg/m2) while adapting optimally to the spine's anatomy, reducing the risk of back pain. It can often replace the function of a flexible slatted base.
Handling Instructions:
Cutting is straightforward. Place the cushion on GISA TEX Dryweave®10, trace its outline, cut out the traced area, and place it under the cushion.

GISA TEX Dryweave® 10 GISA TEX Dryweave®10 är ett madrassunderlägg, som effektivt förebygger uppkomst av fukt under dynorna. Den 3-dimensionella distansväven läggs mellan madrassen och madrassbotten, varvid bildning av mögel, svamp och dålig lukt förhindras. Därmed skapar GISA TEX Dryweave®10 förutsättningar för en sund och behaglig sömn. Materialegenskaper: GISA TEX Dryweave®10 är uppbyggd av en unik Multi Polyester 3dimensionell nätstruktur med en texturerad yta för att uppnå maximalt skydd av madrasser och dynor. Denna nätstruktur är uppbyggd av ett flertal tunna polyesterfaser, vilka hålls samman av ett kraftigt monofilament av ett kraftigt polyester. Tack vare den uttalade finmaskigheten i den 3-dimensionella nätrasterstrukturen förs värme från madrassen respektive dynan och den därigenom bildade fukten bort. Nätet i sig kan genom sina fysikaliska egenskaper ej absorbera fukt, utan leder bort fukten via de luftförande mellanrummen. Därigenom förhindras upptag av fukt på undersidan av madrasser respektive dynor. GISA TEX Dryweave®10 uppvisar en mycket hög vertikal stabilitet (500 kg/m2), men anpassar sig trots detta optimalt till anatomin av ryggraden, varvid risken för ryggsmärtor minskar. I många fall kan GISA TEX Dryweave®10 därmed överta funktionen av en flexibel ribbotten. Handhavande: Tillskärningen är mycket enkel. Dynan läggs på GISA TEX Dryweave®10 och ritas av.
