Adhesive 135

Product catalog summary
Characteristics: Type 135 is a high solid content adhesive known for its efficiency and quick bonding capabilities. It adheres well to most substrates and is resistant to heat, cold, and weather conditions.
Areas of Use: Suitable for bonding polyester foam panels, foam materials, galvanized and painted metals, glass fiber, wood, and other surfaces. It is also used for flexible insulation foam panels and as a bonding agent for polyurethane expanding foam.
Technical Details: The adhesive is highly heat-resistant, maintaining its properties up to 105°C, but loses adhesion beyond 130°C. It is brownish-beige, low viscosity, and can be applied by brushing or spraying. It is classified as flammable (Risk class A1).
Storage: Store up to 6 months at temperatures between 0°C and 20°C. Protect from freezing. Stir well before use to ensure consistent quality.
Recommendations for Use: Stir thoroughly before use. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from oils. Adequate ventilation is necessary during application. Apply sparingly on both surfaces using a brush or roller. For large areas, use a spray gun.
Curing Time: Approximately 5-10 minutes, depending on temperature. The adhesive does not bond immediately, which is crucial for ceiling applications.
Packaging: Available in 750 ml tins.
Important Notice: Conduct tests under local conditions before final application. The manufacturer is not liable for failures due to application methods.
