The GHE17 is the latest addition to the NEW GENERATION line of hoists by GH Cranes, launched in October 2021. It features a tubular double girder design with a 2,100 mm trolley span, offering a competitive and unique solution in the market.
- Smart Hoist: Combines the GHE17 with the COREBOX connected intelligence system to enhance cost savings and productivity.
- Auxiliary Safety Brake: A cost-effective centrifugal brake available across the range, which progressively stops the load in case of a runaway.
- Reduced Height: Solutions up to 20 tons are balanced and compact, eliminating the need for counterweights and reducing structural reactions.
- New Gear Motor Design: Meets high market demands with M5 or higher work group, featuring hardened and ground gears for durability and smooth operation.
- Variable Frequency Drive: The new lifting motor, combined with a variable frequency drive, increases productivity and extends the mechanism's life, with speed increasing as load decreases.
The GHE17 is designed with modularity in mind, incorporating features that ensure robustness, performance, and reliability, synonymous with the new generation of hoists.
- Hook travel and trolley span enhancements for greater operational efficiency.
- Optional centrifugal brake available for the entire range.
- Speed options include 5 m/min and 6.5 m/min for loads ranging from 4 to 20 tons.
