Gallinea specializes in custom-designed windscreen wipers for boats, developed in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano. Their products are DQN certified, ensuring high quality and performance tailored to customer needs.
The wipers feature dual-powered pivots for improved torque distribution, reduced wear, and synchronized operation. The wiper blades are attached via adjustable flanges for perfect alignment with the glass, regardless of pivot position. Integrated nozzles ensure optimal water delivery to the blades.
Wiper arms are available in various versions, including the premium EGO range, and can be configured in pantograph or single-arm styles. The engine range includes SMALL, MEDIUM, and BIG models, available with single or double drive, and constructed with treated steel supports and stainless steel AISI 316L pivots.
BIG engines feature one polished and one knurled pivot for enhanced traction and easier installation. They are available in 12 and 24 Volt options, with modified mass available on request.
An electronic board ensures perfect engine synchronization and automatic washer function, delivering a 4-second water spray followed by four wiper strokes. A range of accessories is available to simplify system installation.
