DECK MS-AV700 AM, FM, CD, DVD, AUX FLYBRIDGE The FUSION 700 Series is a NMEA 2000 Certified marine device. NMEA 2000 is the standard marine protocol onboard many vessels, this enables electronic equipment hard wired into the NMEA 2000 Bus the ability to communicate with each other. Many boats with multi-purpose displays at the helm or electronic engine control will already have the NMEA 2000 communication network installed. FUSION’s 700 Series entertainment system can connect to the network and communicate with other compatible NMEA 2000 devices. FUSION-Link compatible NMEA 2000 multifunction displays can control the 700 Series entertainment experience from the display itself. AFT DECK Smaller or older vessels without NMEA 2000 can still have FUSION MS-NRX200 wired remotes in almost any location. Or for absolute simplicity, the 700 Series can be controlled at the Entertainment unit. A FUSION NMEA 2000 starter kit (MS-N2KSTART or MS-N2KCONN) is required for NMEA 2000 connectivity. FUSION’s wired remote solutions offer complete control of the audio Zones and all stereo sources. Most stereo functions are replicated by the remote control’s user-interface, so the remote is as easy to use as the 700 Series stereo unit. Wiring directly into the NMEA Bus removes the need to run cable back to the 700 Series stereo, for vessels not NMEA 2000 enabled, the remote can still be wired conventionally. Monitor Marine VHF channels through the stereo speakers of your 700 Series Entertainment System for Weather reports, Coast Guard information, chatter from other boats and more.
