It is based on MS-Polymer®, is chemically neutral and fully elastic. For use in low movement joints in construction, automotive, marine and aerospace industries where a mould resistant, tough and flexible bond is required. Characteristics: - High bond strength on most all surfaces - Excellent adhesion on porous and nonporous substrates - High performance mechanical properties - Flexible elastic rubber; movement accomadation up to 20% - Easy application - No bubble formulation within the sealant. - Primerless adhesion (except where capillary water pressure can occur) - Easy to tool and finish - Good UV resistance. - Ecological advantages: free of isocyanates, solvents, halogens and acids - Minimal health and safety considerations Characteristics continued: - Can be painted (compatibility tests recommended) - Resistance to many chemicals - No staining of porous materials such as natural stone, granite, marble and fibreglass. Applications: Sealing and bonding in the marine, construction and transport industries. Sealing of floor and wall joints and low movement joints that are exposed to ongoing traffic. Bonding and sealing in joints subject to vibration. Connection joints in sheet metal fabrication. Flexible bonding in boats, car bodies, caravans and containers. Packaging: Colour – 100% Clear, may discolour in extreme conditions Packaging – 290mL cartridge Shelf life: 18 months Cartridges; In unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place a t temperatures between +5°C and +25°.
