It is moisture curing and form a permanent elastic product. It is based on 3rd generation MS-Polymer® technology is chemically neutral and fully elastic. For use in marine and construction areas where a strong flexible rubber bond is required. Applications: Used for the caulking of teak and cork decking. Elastic bonding of teak, cork and PVC type decks on metal, timber and fibre glass substrates. (compatibility tests recommended) Bonding in areas subject to vibration. TECHNICAL DATA SHEET FIX100 - MSP100 Revision: 01/2011 Surfaces continued: Spirits , alcohol cleaner or wax and grease remover. We recommend a preliminary compatibility test. Bonding: Deckflex MSP100 haas excellent adhesion properties on most common substrates, as well as on primed teak. Please remove any protective films from all surfaces prior to application of Deckflex MSP100. For optimal results it is advisable to pretreat the the surface.
