Application: AC50 should be applied by a wipe on, wipe off procedure. Pre-clean The Glass: Use a good quality alcohol cleaner poured onto a clean cloth to wipe down the entire surface of the glass. Wipe in one direction, changing the cloth regularly to avoid recontaminating the cleaned surface. Ensure that he substrate if free from oil, glue films, release agents, dust and debris. Appying AC50: Step 1 Wipe On: AC50 Activator Cleaner should be applied to the glass surface of the windscreen with a lint free cloth. Apply in one direction changing the cloth regularly. Step 2 Wipe Off: After 1 minute the residual excess AC50 on the surface should be removed by wiping with a clean lint free cloth, again in one direction rotation the cloth regularly. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only. Packaging: Colour - Yellowish Packaging – 250mL bottle Shelf life: 9 months, in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place a t temperatures between +5°C and +25°. Surfaces: State of Surface: clean, dry, free of dust and grease We recommend a preliminary compatibility test. Health- and Safety Recommendation: Apply the usual industrial hygiene. Wear gloves . Safety Glasses. Remarks: AC50 is a moisture sensitive product, the contents of the bottle should be exposed to air a s little as possible. Recap the bottle immediately after decanting and protect the contents from contamination. Due to its reativity with moisture, the contents of the opened bottle must be used within a few days, or if the contents has become milky instead of clear the product must be discarded Note: The contents contained in this documentation are the result of our experiments and our experienceand have been submitted in good faith.
