ZEPHYR 2011

ZEPHYR 2011

Product catalog summary
Introduction: The Zephyr sail is designed for optimal performance in light wind conditions, offering a blend of power and control suitable for both Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) boards and freeride boards.
Specifications: The Zephyr combines a long boom length with a stable profile, providing the power of an 8.5 sail and the control of a 6.5 sail. It is available in one size that covers 6.5 to 8.5.
Design Features: The sail features new seam shaping that mimics a camber-like profile without using cams, creating a forward draft and deep foil ideal for light wind sailing. For stronger winds, the profile can be flattened by applying more outhaul.
Ease of Use: The Zephyr is easy to rig with color-coded outhaul and downhaul indicators, eliminating guesswork during setup.
Durability: Constructed without monofilm, the sail includes a Technora® leech panel for low stretch, Tri-Lite cloth for lightweight strength, and Spectra® X Film for toughness in the lower and luff panels. RBS® epoxy battens and a vinyl window enhance durability and visibility.
Quality Assurance: Each Zephyr sail is rigged and checked before leaving the factory to ensure quality and performance.

ZEPHYR 2011-1

Back to our roots. The Zephyr takes us back to when we could sail in 10 knots or less and still have fun. The long boom length combined with the stable profile gives the Zephyr the power of an 8.5 and Light and easy to throw around. The Zephyr is a blast to sail on Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) boards as well as on freeride New seam shaping. The Zephyr has a camber-like profile without using cams creating a draft forward and deep foil which is perfect for light wind sailing. For stronger wind, apply more outhaul to flatten the profile, and the Zephyr becomes a perfect high wind Freeride sail. Easy to rig. To take the guess work out of rigging, the Zephyr has color coded outhaul and downhaul indicators. Built to last. The Zephyr contains no monofilm. The Technora® leech panel provides low stretch along the leech. The new Tri-Lite cloth in the center panel is lightweight and strong. The lower panels and luff panels are built with our super tough Spectra® X Film. The battens are RBS® epoxy. The Zephyr also has a vinyl window for durability and perfect visibility. Finally, every Zephyr gets rigged and checked before it leaves the factory.
