- Ensure the door leaf is functioning properly.
- Check steel surfaces for alignment.
- Spot weld the frame at both long sides' middle parts.
- Ensure the distance between the door leaf and door frame is regular.
- Fasten the door leaf and check its operation.
- Weld the frame to the bulkhead at 350 mm intervals with a welding length of 30 mm.
- Perform final controls after mounting operations.
- Door frames are "Z" shaped and coated with electrostatic dry powder painting.
- Locks are protected inside with box-shaped steel.
- Galvanized steel surfaces can be painted any color.
- Standard dimensions manufacturing with availability for custom dimensions.

Assembling of Class A-60 Doors B- B Section Assembling Rules Check before door frames set square. Put door frame to hole in bulkhead. Check hole in bulkhead whether "clear opening + 70mm"ornot. Check steel surfaces whether are in the same plane or not. Spot weld frame to bulkhead where the frames hinged side below and upper parts. Measure frame middle and check whether the same with below and upper parts. Spot weld the frame where both long sides middle parts. Fasten door /eaf and check it is working good conditions or not.
