- Ensure the clear opening plus 60mm is checked in the bulkhead.
- Measure the frame middle and ensure it matches the below and upper parts.
- Check the door leaf for proper operation.
- Ensure steel surfaces are in the same plane.
- Spot weld the frame at the middle parts of both long sides.
- Ensure the distance between the door leaf and door frame is regular.
- Fasten the door leaf and check its operation.
- Weld the frame to the bulkhead at 350 mm intervals with a welding length of 50 mm.
- Final controls should be carried out after mounting operations.
- Door frames are "Z" shaped and coated with electrostatic dry powder painting.
- Locks are protected inside with box-shaped steel.
- Standard dimensions manufacturing with availability for custom dimensions.
- No sagging with three hinges made from stainless steel.
- Door leaf ends are surrounded by a stainless steel "U" shaped profile.
- Galvanized steel surfaces can be painted in any color.
- Handles and rosettes are made of stainless steel.
