Each console or panel is designed specifically to meet the requirements, interfaces and environment as dictated by the design specifications. Working closely with the customer during the design phase, EMI performs all designs in 3D Autocad format which are provided for customer approval prior to full scale fabrication. EMI is a "Turnkey Integrator", fully outfitting the consoles using EMI or Third Party equipment. EMI uses its in-house HYDROCUT Waterjet cutter to obtain highly accurate and clean surfaces ready for immediate assembly. Using AUTOCAD 2000 for design and SIGMANET for layout of the components, EMI maximizes the nesting of the individual parts on a single sheet of material. This allows us to reduce waste, thereby providing our customers a very competitive pricing structure.
