Water Separators Water separators are designed for marine applications. Their high efficiency enables to restrict water and humidity aspiration by the fans located in the engine rooms. Their installation is easy and no specific maintenance is required. Different models can be proposed: with or without the mask louvre, with or without filters . . Description The separators are made of a frame, a water separator and a net with a mask louver and filter as options. Available in both of marine grade aluminium with a polyester paint finish (RAL 9010 white, other colors on request) or stainless steel (AISI 316), they can be mounted with an inclination of 45° maximum in relation to the vertical. Recommended air speed in water separators is approximately 4 - 5 m/s for SEA range and 4 – 9 m/S for SEAW range. The speed is measured in function of the front surface and air flow in m3/s or m3/h. The efficiency is calculated following the EN13030:2001 standards. Mask Louvre (ML) Frame
