SPLASH/SPRINT AERATION OXYGENATION Different SPRINT and SPLASH models have been developed to deal with different water volumes. 2 AERATION The forcing of water into the air (water jet) ensures a water-air exchange and an immediate increase in the concentration of oxygen in the water, with reduced energy consumption. Various models have been developed to cover diﬀerent water volumes. CURRENTS The SPLASH and the SPRINT provide excellent vertical and horizontal circulation without causing any bottom erosion whatsoever. They also contribute to the destratiﬁcation process. DEGASSING Perfectly to degass water and facilitate ammonia extraction. COOLING The 1.5 hp motor assembly produces a 3m high water jet. This triggers a thermal exchange and a calorie loss in the water. The temperature can drop by 3 or 4°C making investments in a refrigeration installation unnecessary.
