ELME Spreader Model 3200T is a fixed top lift crane spreader with tilting function for handling of laden 20ft containers. 3200T is designed for mounting on mobile harbour cranes (MHC). ♦ Four vertical pendular ISO twistlocks ♦ Five hydraulic side flippers ♦ Hydraulic holder for top-hinged door ♦ Electrical and mechanical twistlock protection and indication system ♦ LED-indication lights for sideshift in mid position ELME Spreader Model 3200T is a fixed 20ft top lift spreader model with tilting function for handling of laden containers with e.g. grain, wood chips and other bulk material where tilt operation is required. 3200T is available in 45° tilting version and is designed to handle containers with a top hinged door. Standard lifting and tilting capacity is up to 32 tonnes. The spreader features integrated platforms that allow operators to safely connect or disconnect the spreader from the crane hook. This design makes tool changes such as switching between the spreader and other lifting equipment faster, safer, and more efficient, especially in applications with frequent swaps. TWISTLOCK SYSTEM The twistlock system is manufactured in a rugged design and is well-proven since many years. 3200T has hardened ISO quick exchange pendular twistlocks - hydraulically activated and mechanical interlocking against faulty locking and unlocking. FLIPPER SYSTEM The five side flippers are each powered by two hydraulic cylinders mounted well protected. CONTROL AND PROTECTION SYSTEM Electrical systems monitor the state of the spreader at all times. Indicator lights advise the operator when the spreader is correctly seated, locked or not locked. Each signal is a precondition for the important protection functions of the spreader, such as twistlock activation. Swedish Spreader Systems
