Objective: Act quickly, efficiently and effectively Theory Session focusing on : pollutant behaviour, equipment, priority actions. Duration: 3 hours 15 people max. Coaching of the harbor master in conducting an exercise. Assistance in creating the scenario, team briefing, commentary and analysis session, debriefing. Scenario defined with the port director. Deployment of the port's anti-pollution equipment. Observation, analysis and feedback shared with teams.
