Pneumatic rubber fenders are designed to comply with ISO 17357 standards, ensuring high quality and reliability. These fenders are manufactured using Korean production technology and are made using a mold to ensure consistency and durability.

Construction and Materials
The fenders consist of an outer rubber layer, a reinforcement layer made of synthetic tire cord, and an inner rubber layer that is vulcanized firmly. This construction provides consistent performance even under harsh conditions and cyclic loads. The materials used ensure self-buoyancy and a long service life, while minimizing maintenance costs and damage risks.

Types and Specifications
There are two main types of pneumatic fenders based on initial internal pressure:

• 50kPa (Pneumatic 50): Sling Type – without chain and tire net.
• 80kPa (Pneumatic 80): Net Type – with chain and tire net.
