True proportional flow control, hydraulic safe- guards, and versatile communications combine in this 3000m (9850 ft) rated manifold package. All valves are protected from saltwater corrosion, and all manifold components are machined and hard black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum resulting in a very durable system. A six function manifold with proportional flow control and load holding capability to assure posi- tive positioning on rams, while eliminating the jerky response that is often encountered with ordi- nary pilot operated check valves. For jaws, load holding can be eliminated. Pressure relief on each function protects seals and lines. A pressure reducing valve accepts up to 3500 psi, and can regulate down to 500 psi (241 bar down to 34.5 bar). The control boards are designed to work on a single serial bus. DOER can design a Labview in- terface to control your valve installation or you can write the software which follows our very simple serial protocol. A custom stand alone joystick that directly outputs serial commands to the manifold is also available. Many custom options are available including a custom number of functions, eliminating the pressure regulation function, and including filtration onboard the manifold.
