DISCOVERY 67 - SPECIFICATION General The Discovery 67 is designed to comply with the EU Recreational Craft Directive (RCD) to meet Design Category ‘A’ – Ocean and will be marked accordingly. As standard, the yachts are not built to meet the requirements of the Marine and Coastguard Agency (MCA) for the purposes of commercial charter. Sprayhood and (optional) Bimini Top The cockpit is well protected by a large folding sprayhood with 32mm (1 ¼” diameter stainless supports and a stainless grab handle on its aft edge. Large clear panels provide good forward visibility. When not in use the sprayhood folds behind a moulded coaming on the coachroof. A Bimini Top is offered as an option.
