Dimension-Polyant has developed the Pro Radial line to meet the increasing demand for radial sails made from woven polyester fabrics. This line is characterized by its low crimp construction, achieved through a proprietary weave using in-house optimized looms.

Specifications
Pro Radial is available in four weights, suitable for boats ranging from 27 to 55 feet. The construction includes blended warps with small denier yarns for stretch resistance and larger denier yarns for tensile strength and UV resistance. The fill ripstop yarn increases tear resistance and adds strength, crucial for handling transverse loads.

Technological Features
High tenacity yarns ensure less stretch and better recovery. The step-down capabilities allow for weight reduction in lower load areas, minimizing overall cost and maintaining a soft hand for sail handling. The fabric is woven on the same looms as the Hydra Net® radial Dyneema® line, ensuring proven performance and durability.

Applications
The Pro Radial line is suitable for various boat lengths, with specific models recommended for mainsails and genoas. The application table provides guidance on the appropriate Pro Radial model based on boat size.
